What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type into it.
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you give us one
- The package you selected, if you selected one
- Whatever you write in the message field
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to talk to you about working together. That is the whole reason.
We do not sell your details. We do not share them with anyone outside the suppliers listed below, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to be on.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of third party services to run this site and our business. Your form submission passes through some of them.
- Supabase, where form submissions are stored
- SendGrid, which sends us the notification email
- Netlify, which hosts this website
- Stripe, if you buy a package. Stripe handles the payment details. We never see your card number.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta pixel. These record how people move through the site so we can see what is working.
They use cookies and similar identifiers. Some of that data is shared with Google and Meta, who set their own terms for how they use it.
You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as there is a reasonable chance we will do business together, and for as long as our tax and record keeping obligations require after that.
Getting a copy, or getting it deleted
Email hello@barwoncreative.com.au and ask. We will send you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first and we will try to sort it out. If you are not happy with how we respond, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
